Plan your projects and projection of utilization accurately and choose the amount of credits you will need. Keep in mind that the larger amount of credits you buy, the bigger your discount will be.

The expiration dates and the license of the credits vary according to the package purchased. Even if you run out of credits, your license will remain active until the end of the expiration date.

To renew the term, all you have to do is to buy a new package of credits. By doing so, you will continue with the same license and history of all your surveys.

If you buy new credits they will only be used once the ones you already have are finished. In other words, you can buy additional credits without having to worry about the expiration date, as they will only be activated when your previous credits have been completely used up.
