  • QuestManager was developed to allow any individual the means to create, apply, and manage quantitative surveys ranging in complexity. It has been thoroughly tested and is currently used by thousands of companies and research institutes (including some of the largest in the world). In summary, you can have access to the same technology used by the world's largest companies specializing in market research.

  • What difference does QuestManager offer when compared to other market survey platforms available on the Web? Top

The research software market can be divided into two groups:

QuestManager is included within the professional software group. In other words, it offers everything required for highly important projects, including functionalities, technology and infrastructure consisting of servers and a qualified team. Aside from these crucial characteristics, QuestManager has served as the survey platform for some of the world's largest research companies.

  • Do I need to download anything to use this platform? Top

You do not need to download anything to use QuestManager at its maximum potential. Since it is a Web-based application, it allows you to manage surveys from any computer with Internet access, regardless of its location. In summary, if you are browsing this website, you can already start using QuestManager.

  • In general terms, what are the main tools that QuestManager offers for managing my surveys/studies? Top

QuestManager has a highly logical and linked application concept:

    - Questionnaire creation/ programming modules - You can program the questionnaires of your study in a user-friendly environment that requires no programming knowledge. It is important to point out that the programming module covers all the main functions for the creation of any type of question, logic or dynamic of information integration between questionnaire questions (filters, jumps, loops, etc.)

    - Base register management/respondent list modules - Once the questionnaire is ready, you will need to apply it to a respondent´s base register or perhaps even a base register of people who will be approached in a public location, in other words, individuals who are not on an existing list. One way or another, this survey will work with a respondent list (with pre-existing records or records that will be created with each interview).

QuestManager operates with any type of list. Let’s imagine that you are conducting a survey for a telephone company. This company will send us a list with 200,000 customers that must be segmented into samples to be approached and interviewed. In the example, this list will have the following segmentation: name, e-mail, phone number 1, phone number 2, address and gender. QuestManager can be used to organize a registration structure list for importing a base register of 200,000 entries and segmenting the survey samples. Once these records have been imported, the QuestManager list manager will apply multiple filters and parameters to segment the samples and quotas for the organized and controlled application of your study. Sticking to the example of the telephone company, we could segment the 200,000 records into the following groups: male customers ages 30-35; female customers ages 30-35... By using this same logic, you can create as many samples and quotas as necessary for your study. These include cross-quotas as well.

    - Collection mode settings and study setup modules - Once you have the questionnaire and the application base register, you simply need to define the settings for the study to be able to start operating. The last step is defining the settings for the collection modes. You can choose up to six mixed collection modes that can be used either separately or simultaneously.

    - Monitoring report and chart/table report modules - After you have defined all your settings, your studies can be monitored in real-time, from the most specific field performance details to the generation of charts and crosstabs for presentations.
