INTEGRATING BASE REGISTER INFORMATION AND QUESTIONNAIRE DYNAMICS

    Yes...

    For example:

    Dear Mrs. Claudia Norton,

We have verified that you use our VIP-HomeClass calling plan and that your average consumption over the last six months was $450.00 using the following products: local calls, national long distance calls and mobile phones calls.

The $450.00 you spend each month is distributed between the products you use.

    - Local calls:
    - National long distance calls:
    - Calls to mobile phones:

As you can see, all of the text which is highlighted in orange is private information pertaining to Claudia Norton, including the response options and the maximum entries possible, based on her specific consumption. Yes...

    - Collection mode settings and study setup modules - Once you have the questionnaire and the application base register, you simply need to define the settings for the study to start the project operation. The last step is defining the settings for the collection modes. You can choose up to six mixed collection modes that can be used either separately or simultaneously.

COLLECTION MODES are the channels used for questionnaire application / availability. In summary, once there is a questionnaire and a base register with organized samples and quotas, this questionnaire will need to reach the people registered on your list so that they can answer and consolidate your survey. You may reach people with your questionnaire through the following means:

    - E-mail: QuestManager sends up to 100,000 e-mails per hour, controlling who opened them and who didn’t and also which e-mails had failed deliveries and why they failed. It also elaborates delivery vs. failure vs. motive reports. All you have to do is put the respondent’s e-mails in one of the columns of the base register of your study.

    - Web Link (website): Publish the access link to your questionnaire on your website, Intranet or even use it for manual e-mail deliveries.

    - Call Center (CATI): Your telephone operators can conduct interviews. All you have to do is register them in your study and provide them with a login for accessing the operator module. This way, you can have one, ten or a hundred operators conducting interviews for you.

    - PalmTop: QuestManager can operate your questionnaires by using any Internet browser. All you need is a PalmTop or SmartPhone with Internet connection to manage collections in public locations while still enjoying all of the benefits of standard online collections.

    - Electronic Kiosk: Apply your questionnaires at public events and in shopping centers. Just set up a computer that is connected to the Internet in a busy public area and you’re good to go.

    - Paper: This old and reliable method is often unavoidable. Conduct a part-Web, part-paper study and integrate both.

    - Monitoring report and chart report modules - After you have defined the settings for everything, you can monitor all your studies in real-time, from the most specific field performance details to the generation of charts and crosstabs for presentations.

    - Export module - In addition to monitoring, you may also export all the data from your studies in several different formats to be read by any processing software (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.)
