• Does QuestManager conduct surveys via e-mail?

  Yes. QuestManager can send thousands of e-mails per hour, allowing you real-time identification of who has viewed them, already started participating and who has finished; which e-mails had failed deliveries and the reasons they failed, among other diagnostics. You can also resend e-mails based on any of these results. For example, you can resend your questionnaire to the group of people who have viewed the e-mail but who have not responded, a few days later.

• Does QuestManager conduct surveys via telephone? (Call Center/ CATI - Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing)?

  Yes. QuestManager allows you to conduct telephone interviews by registering one, two, three or even hundreds of simultaneous operators/interviewers. And even better: you do not need to install anything on the operator/ interviewer computers. This is because every interview operation is conducted by the operators via the Internet. They simply need to know their personal access link and password. The QuestManager CATI module is very complete. It gives the survey administrator or field supervisor full access to the team's performance. It also allows these individuals to interfere with and control the distribution of the lists.

• Does QuestManager conduct surveys via SmartPhone or PalmTop (CAPI - Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing)?

  Yes. QuestManager is a Web-based solution platform. It can be used through any Internet browser, regardless of the hardware. The main SmartPhone and PalmTop models currently available on the market can be used as collectors for external surveys, granted they are connected to the Internet (GPRS, Wi-Fi) and have a good browser (we recommend MS Internet Explorer).

• Does QuestManager conduct surveys via websites?

  Yes. QuestManager is a Web-based solution platform. It can always be accessed through any Internet browser, regardless of the hardware. All you have to do is generate the access link to your questionnaire in the web link module and include it on the websites you want. In addition to all of the standard survey control, the system will also register the respondent's IP, origin link and the browser used.

• Does QuestManager conduct surveys via Electronic Kiosk?

  Yes. QuestManager is a Web-based solution platform. It can be used through any Internet browser, regardless of the hardware. All you have to do is generate the access link to your questionnaire in the web link module and include it in the kiosks you want. Important: the kiosks must be connected to the Internet during the entire operation.

• Does QuestManager conduct paper surveys?

  Yes. After applying the questionnaire on paper, simply enable the web link for as many typists as you wish. By using this link, typists can easily insert the information recorded on paper into an identical online questionnaire.

• Do I need to program a questionnaire for each collocation mode?

  No. QuestManager has a single programming area that is integrated with all collocation modes. In other words, once you program the questionnaire, you can work with any one of them. You can even use them simultaneously if you wish to boost your collection performance.

• Can I use different collection modes simultaneously? In other words, can I apply a survey via CATI and use e-mail as reinforcement or any other combination?

  Yes. QuestManager allows simultaneously use of mixed collection modes.

  Example 1: you can start an operation using CATI and allow the operator/ interviewer, when requested, to send the same questionnaire, that was already started via CATI, to be finished via e-mail.

  Example 2: you can complete a survey via e-mail, and if you deem it necessary, enable certain CATI operators/ interviewers to only call respondents who have not completed the questionnaire within a period of over, for example, 15 days.

• I have a project with 200 simultaneous operators/ interviewers. Does QuestManager support an operation of this dimension?

  Yes. QuestManager is a professional survey platform and assists some of the world's largest research companies with their projects on a daily basis. In other words, it is designed for projects of all sizes. It is also important to point out that the geographic distribution of these operators / interviewers does not matter. You can have 200 operators spread out all over the entire world conducting the same survey.

• Can I script a questionnaire in more than one language or do I need to reprogram it for each language required?

  QuestManager allows you to program questionnaires in several different languages. You can insert questions in all the desired languages in a single programming structure. The respondent can choose the language either before or during participation without losing the already completed information.

• Can I conduct surveys using Conjoint?

  Yes, granted you have all of the possible combinations that should be applied and their respective cycles. QuestManager does not perform the automatic Conjoint calculation (module under development).
