MANAGING BASE REGISTER

QuestManager allows full management of entries, base registers, samples, as well as quotas of any kind (simple or crossed), regardless of the amount of records, labels and variables.

• SIMPLE CREATION OF SAMPLE AND QUOTAS - Insert your entry or model in white in QuestManager, then apply filters in the database and create samples for the study according to the methodology chosen. After entering the samples, determine which will be the quotas for every sample. The platform also allows for the control of crossed quotas operating with multiple databases and samples in the same study.
  


• ONLINE BASE REGISTER INTEGRATION VIA WEB SERVICES - The QuestManager base register can be easily integrated to the licensed client’s without the need to extract servers' or local systems' information. This transaction is possible via Web Services – XML. This integration increases the reliability of the questionnaire applications, as QuestManager identifies the base register of the original details, instead of reading a folder specifically imported for the study. (Important: the base register integration is an optional item. QuestManager also operates with the traditional importation of entries)
  


• PARTICIPATION CONTROL X STUDY PROFILE - Another important resource is the filter control by the volume of surveys made. This allows the segmentation and identification of which clients in the base register have already taken part in studies of a similar nature. This information can be used as filter criteria so that the same interviewee can avoid being contacted over and over again for similar studies.
  
  Example: The methodology used in a survey with doctors determines that the ones that have already answered a questionnaire about paediatrics in the last three months will not be approached. To select valid respondents, simply apply a filter on the doctors' entry to segment the sample, excluding the ones that have already participated in a recent survey about paediatrics.
  


• PERSONALIZING THE QUESTIONNAIRE WITH INFORMATION FROM THE REGISTRATION BASE REGISTER - QuestManager provides resources to personalize questions, answer variables or any item that creates the body of the questionnaire with specific details on every interviewee. The platform automatically searches for information that is included in the register and uses it to format the questions.

The $450.00 you spend each month is distributed between the services used.

IMPORTANT: The text highlighted in orange is private information pertaining to Ms. Claudia Norton, including the answer options and the maximum value entered relating to her specific consumption. In other words, for each one of the respondents, this same question will work with the variables in a personalized fashion.

• UPDATING OF REGISTRATION DATABASE - The application of a study may be a good opportunity to update the base register. The interviewee can be shown their registration information on QuestManager and update as necessary. Depending on to the changes made by the respondent, they may cease participation in a study or may be directed to a study that is compatible with their recently updated profile.
  
  Example: A client is approached for a study with owners of vehicle X. However, when updating their registration information, the interviewee changes their car from X to Y. If there is no questionnaire for owners of vehicle Y, this client will receive a message thanking them for their participation and the study will be closed. If there is an open study for the vehicle they own, they will be automatically directed to that study.
