E-MAIL SURVEY

PERFORMANCE - QuestManager sends out up to 100,000 emails per hour and controls the distribution of each message in real-time.

TOTAL CONTROL - On a single panel, you can check:

  • Emails undelivered;

  • Those who viewed the deliveries;

  • Those who completed the survey in full;

  • Those who abandoned the survey;

  • Those who saved the interview for later;

  • Interviewee with discarded or disqualified participation.

RE-DELIVERIES - The above information allows re-delivering emails based on any delivery diagnostic. You can re-send invitations to those who have viewed them, but who have never participated. If needed, you can change the appeal of your invitation with each re-delivery to further encourage participation.

As there is no emailing, these collection modes have no field delivery control. However, QuestManager provides information in real-time on the progress and performance of the study.

  • QUOTA CONTROL - Volume of respondent participation by sample or quota;

  • BROWSER AND SOURCE IP - Browser/IP control.

  • CAPTCHA CONTROL – The Captcha system helps avoid online fraud (a system consisting of a distorted sequence of numbers and letters for the user to type in before registering into a service or sending e-mails).

  • IDENTIFICATION VS. ANONYMITY - Login control for identified or anonymous participation.

  • LOGIN CONTROL BY URL - Login control by URL parameters. To simplify, the questionnaire automatically logs in the respondent using the information supplied for the login and password of the visited website where this respondent is already registered (optional).
