Once a questionnaire is designed as well as a base register with samples and organized quotas, the questions need to be sent to the respondents that will participate in the survey. And what’s more, you do not need to install anything in your computer, as everything is done over the internet. This technology makes hiring CATI interviewers based anywhere in the world, and in multiple languages, to do the same research project possible.
For example: if a company in Argentina needs to interview people in Australia, they simply need to hire a Call-Center in Australia to avoid making international and long distance calls, therefore drastically reducing costs by making only local calls. The same example is valid for cases involving towns and counties. In order for interviewers to access the CATI software after registering in the system, all they need is a login and password for the “operating module”. Simple and fast!

EMAIL SURVEY (CAWI) – The application of online surveys by email is a quick and economical collection mode. QuestManager has a trigger capable of sending 100,000 emails per hour, in addition to offering full distribution control, calculating delivery volumes, failed deliveries, previews and automatic re-deliveries.
The e-mail survey module is able to identify, in real-time, who has visualized, started, or completed the questionnaire. As well as which emails have bounced back, the reason for the failure, and other diagnoses. The software makes it possible to re-send the questionnaire based any of the above mentioned results. In other words, you are able to re-send your questionnaire a few days later to the specific group of people who have visualized it, but who have not yet completed the online survey.
WEB SURVEY (CAWI) – QuestManager is a professional online survey software that can be used with any internet browser regardless of the hardware. All you have to do is create the access link to the questionnaire in the web link module and make it available on a number of sites or send it manually by email. In addition to the standard survey control, the system will also register the respondent’s IP, the origin of the link and the browser used by the interviewer.
QuestManager also allows integrated online survey work. In other words, the incomplete interviews done online can be continued by telephone without any additional development. The CATI module of the software accesses the incomplete questionnaires at the exact place where they were interrupted.
MOBILE SURVEY (CAPI) – QuestManager operates your questionnaires through any internet browser. All you need is a PalmTop or SmartPhone connected to the internet, to manage collections at any time, while enjoying all the benefits of standard online survey.
